Starred Pages in Workiro let you keep your most important work just a click away. Whether it’s a high-priority client, a department in your company, a case you’re deep into, or a project you check daily, you can now star it to create a shortcut in your sidebar – tailored to exactly how you left it.
What can I star?
You can star: Connections (people, companies, organisations, or internal departments) and Units of work (like Projects, Matters, Jobs – depending on the workspace)
Why use Starred Pages?
- Curate your own quick-access list and Focus on the connections or work units that matter most to you.
- Return to the same view, every time. Workiro remembers the tab you were on (like Documents or Threads) and any filters you applied when you starred the page.
- Reorder and rename for clarity. Edit your list to reorder starred pages in the sidebar, and rename them to make them instantly recognisable to you.
How to star a page
Navigate to any connection or unit of work. Click the ⭐ icon in the top-right of the screen. The page is added to your sidebar under Starred.
Tip: You can star as many pages as you like
Managing your Starred Pages
Edit your starred pages from the menu shown (or navigate to Settings>Starred Pages). Reorder: Drag and drop pages to prioritise your favourites order in the sidebar. Rename: Click the three-dot menu on a starred page and select Rename. Un-star: Click the ⭐ again on any starred page to remove it from your list.
Who sees your Starred Pages?
Only you. Your list is personal and doesn’t affect how others view or access work. We plan to allow sharing of starred pages in future releases. Vote for this feature in our product roadmap, or let us know in the feedback section.
