Tasks automatically get reminders to keep you on track. They’ll prompt you to pick up work, finish it, and avoid letting it go to waste.
Reminders
- Inactivity - If an active task has no comments added within a certain amount of time (usually 3 days), it’s a good idea to keep everyone in the loop. If it’s not being worked on, you can pause the task so it’s not in your Assigned To Me list. This way, everyone knows it’s not actively being worked on until a certain time in the future.
- Unassigned - A task has been set up but doesn’t have an assignee. One of the participants on the task should pick it up.
- Unacknowledged - A task has been created, but the assignee hasn’t seen it yet.
Reminder Schedules
