Updating team members

Team owners or admins can update a team member's profile.

  • Navigate to the list of team members (Settings > Team)
  • Navigate to a team member
  • Edit the connection profile

  • On the dialogue that follows you can:
    • Change the Account Role (Standard or Admin)
    • Update the team member's email address, name and job title.
    • Add the team member to a group for access.

Changing a team member's email address.

  • Upon requesting a change to their email address the team member will be automatically signed out of the app.
  • A notification will be sent to their old email address and a (time limited) confirmation link will be sent to the new email address. 
  • Their email address will be changed after they follow the link and successfully login with the new email address.
