This article covers a known display issue in the Wórkiro Universal Outlook Add-in, where a new draft email incorrectly shows a capture message. It explains why this happens and how to resolve it.
The Issue
When composing a new email, the Wórkiro pane may display the message: "Your email will be captured by Wórkiro on Send. It is part of a conversation already being captured."
This can appear even if no capture rule has been set up for that email or conversation.
Why This Happens
This is a known visual bug that our development team is currently working to resolve. The message itself is misleading - unless a capture rule has actually been created for the email, it will not be captured on send, regardless of what the pane displays.
How to Fix the Display
To clear the incorrect message in the Wórkiro Universal Add-in pane:
- Right-click anywhere on the Wórkiro pane, on the right-hand side of Outlook
- Select Refresh
The pane should now show the correct status for that email.
Additional Notes
- This is a display issue only and does not affect actual capture behaviour
- If the message reappears after refreshing, contact support so this can be logged against the known issue
