Searching and Locating Files in Wórkiro

This article explains how to search for and filter files in Wórkiro, both within a specific connection and across all connections using global search.

Sorting and Searching Within a Connection

To find files within a connection, navigate to the relevant connection and open the Documents tab. From here you can:

  • Sort files by date, document type, or tags.
  • Use the quick search box at the top of the Documents tab to search by file name or keyword.

Filtering Within a Connection

To refine your results further, open the filter panel on the left-hand side of the screen. Available filters include:

  • Files added by you or a specific colleague.
  • Date ranges such as last week, last month, last six months, last year, or a custom range.
  • Tags applied when the document was categorised. Select one or more tags to narrow the list. For example, selecting the tag "2026" will show only files tagged with that year. Additional tags can be added to narrow results further.

Searching Across All Connections

If you cannot find what you need within a single connection, use the Global Search in the top-left corner of Wórkiro. Global search looks across all connections, files, threads, comments, and the content within documents themselves.

Enter a keyword or phrase and Wórkiro will return any matching documents, threads, or comments across the entire platform.
