This article explains how to view, organise, and action tasks in the Wórkiro Assigned To Me area, including creating personal tasks, pausing tasks, and accessing archived items.
Accessing and Customising the View
Open the Assigned To Me area to see all tasks currently assigned to you. Use the breadcrumbs menu to change how tasks are displayed and select the view that works best for you.
Adding New Tasks
There are two ways to create a new task from this area:
- Click the plus button to open the full task creation window and complete all details.
- Use the quick add option to rapidly capture multiple tasks and return to add detail later.
Organising Your Task List
After adding tasks, drag and drop items in the list to arrange them in the order you plan to work through them.
Opening, Actioning, and Completing a Task
Open any task to view its full details. From within the task you can add comments and make amendments. When the work is finished, mark the task as complete to notify the originator.
Pausing a Task
If a task does not need immediate action, you can pause it to delay reminders.
- Open the task and select the option to pause it.
- Choose the date and time when reminders should resume.
Once paused, the task moves to your Paused area and all participants are informed that you do not intend to action it until the selected resume date.
Resuming a Paused Task
To resume a paused task before its scheduled date:
- Open the task from your Paused area.
- Click the breadcrumbs menu and select Resume.
The task will return to your active workload. Mark it as complete when finished to notify the originator.
Viewing Archived Tasks
To review historic, completed, or cancelled tasks, click Archive in the Assigned To Me area.
