This article explains how to create a reusable note template in Wórkiro and apply it within a customer connection.
Creating a Note Template
- Click the settings cog and select Thread Templates from the menu.
- Click Add and choose Note Template.
- Enter a clear, descriptive title for the template.
- Add participants. Leave empty if this will vary, or add specific people if they should always be included.
- Add the content or details you want to appear on the note each time the template is used.
- Set Team access to All if the template should be available across your team.
- Click Create, give the template a recognisable name, and choose to share it with all staff.
Using a Note Template
- Open the relevant customer connection in Wórkiro.
- Choose to add a new note.
- Select Apply Template and choose the note template you created.
- Complete and customise the note with any client-specific details before sending.
