This article explains how to use Smart Views in Wórkiro to stay on top of all ongoing work across the system.
Accessing Smart Views
Click Smart Views on the Wórkiro navigation bar to open the Smart Views area.
Available Smart Views
- My tasks assigned to others: shows all internal and external work you have allocated that has not yet been completed.
- My threads with no recent activity: shows all threads across the system where there has been no recent activity.
- All upcoming tasks: shows all task threads you are involved in that are due for completion in the near future.
- Awaiting signature: shows all signature threads visible to you that have not yet been completed.
- Workflow Monitor: will be used with the upcoming release of Wórkiro Workflows.
- My notes: shows all notes you have added across the system.
Using Smart Views
Click any Smart View to open it and see the relevant items. From within a view you can open individual items to review them, add comments, or request updates from assignees.
