This article explains how to use the star feature in Wórkiro to create quick-access shortcuts to areas, filtered views, and files.
Starring Items
Anywhere you see the star icon in Wórkiro, click it to add a shortcut to your navigation bar. This allows you to return to that specific area quickly without navigating through the full menu.
You can star individual items or filtered views. For example, apply filters to show only this year's correspondence and star that filtered view to save it as a shortcut.
Renaming Shortcuts
Click the edit option on any starred shortcut to give it a clearer, more descriptive name so you can quickly recognise what each shortcut represents.
Managing Starred Items
From the navigation bar you can:
- Remove a shortcut by un-starring the item.
- Rename an existing shortcut.
- Reorder shortcuts by hovering over an item and dragging it into your preferred position.
