Signing a Wórkiro Document

If a company sends you a document to sign using Wórkiro, you can review and sign it without needing a Wórkiro account. This is done through a restricted view called Private Thread View (PTV). This article explains what to expect and how to complete a signature request, from the email notification through to finishing the signed document.

How to Sign a Document Sent to You

To sign a document sent to you in Wórkiro, follow these steps:

  1. Open the email sent to you requesting your signature.
  2. Review the sender details shown in the email, such as their name, company name, and contact details, to confirm who the request is from.
  3. Click the "View Details" link or button in the email to open the request in Wórkiro.
  4. Review the company details shown, then read the privacy policy and terms of use and click Accept and Continue.
  5. Review the message from the sender for context on what you're being asked to sign.
  6. If you have any questions, select the Chat tab to message the sender directly.
  7. Click Read and Sign to begin.
  8. Enter your name in the required field.
  9. Choose how to provide your signature: draw it on screen, upload an image, or type your name.
  10. Complete your signature and click Done.
  11. Review your name, signature, and the automatically added date on the document.
  12. Click Finish to upload your signed document back to the sender.

Once finished, the sender receives your signed document. You can add any additional comments in the chat before closing if needed.
