Accessing your invoices
Follow these steps to view your invoice history:
Step 1: Navigate to Settings
As a team owner, start by opening the Settings section in Workiro.
Step 2: Access your Subscription
Within Settings, locate and click on "Subscription", then click 'Manage' in the top right.
Step 3: Enter the billing portal
Clicking the Manage button will then bring up your personal billing portal where you can access all your billing information.
Step 5: View your billing history
In the billing portal, you'll see several options including billing and shipping addresses, payment methods, and billing history. If you want to see any previous invoices that you have been sent, navigate to billing history, and that will then load in a history of your invoices.
