This article explains how to access and update your personal settings in Wórkiro, submit help requests and feedback, and find available apps and integrations.

 

Accessing Settings

To open the Wórkiro settings, click the cog icon in the left-hand navigation bar from the main dashboard.

 

Updating Your Personal Details

In settings, select My Details to update your personal profile. From here you can upload a profile picture, which will appear alongside your branding on any items sent out to your customers.

 

Help and Feedback

On the right-hand side of the settings area you will find an online help repository for self-service support and documentation. A feedback area is also available here. Click the feedback or help option to open the ticket form, where you can:

  • Log a support ticket directly with the Wórkiro helpdesk if you need assistance.
  • Submit product feedback or suggest new features.

 

Apps and Integrations

In the Apps and Integrations section of settings you can view and install the following:

  • Mobile app for Android or iOS devices.
  • Tablet app.
  • Desktop application.
  • Outlook add-in for capturing emails into Wórkiro.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and Word add-ins for capturing content from those applications.

Note: the legacy Outlook add-in is largely deprecated. It is recommended to use the Microsoft 365 add-in instead.
