This article explains how to add emails and their attachments from Microsoft Outlook into Wórkiro using the Wórkiro Outlook add-in.
To add an email to Wórkiro from Outlook, follow these steps:
- Click the Show Wórkiro icon on the Outlook toolbar to open the Wórkiro panel.
- If this is your first time using the panel, click Sign In and complete the sign-in process.
- When prompted, connect your Outlook inbox to Wórkiro by following the on-screen prompt and confirming the connection.
- With the email selected, click the Wórkiro icon again to open the Add Document window.
- Confirm that Wórkiro has correctly identified the sender and related the email to the appropriate contact and company.
- Add any required tags to help organise and find the item in Wórkiro.
- If you want all future emails in this thread to be captured automatically, tick the Conversation Capture option.
- Click Add to store the email and any attachments in Wórkiro.
Once stored, a flag will appear on the email in Outlook to indicate to you and your colleagues that the item has been saved to Wórkiro.
