This article explains how to add emails and their attachments from Microsoft Outlook into Wórkiro using the Wórkiro Outlook add-in.

To add an email to Wórkiro from Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Show Wórkiro icon on the Outlook toolbar to open the Wórkiro panel.
  2. If this is your first time using the panel, click Sign In and complete the sign-in process.
  3. When prompted, connect your Outlook inbox to Wórkiro by following the on-screen prompt and confirming the connection.
  4. With the email selected, click the Wórkiro icon again to open the Add Document window.
  5. Confirm that Wórkiro has correctly identified the sender and related the email to the appropriate contact and company.
  6. Add any required tags to help organise and find the item in Wórkiro.
  7. If you want all future emails in this thread to be captured automatically, tick the Conversation Capture option.
  8. Click Add to store the email and any attachments in Wórkiro.

Once stored, a flag will appear on the email in Outlook to indicate to you and your colleagues that the item has been saved to Wórkiro.
